1.- COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION
The Company LOS NARANJOS CAMPO DE GOLF S.L. with registered address at PLAZA CIBELES S/N and identification number B92298736 organises for promotional purposes the draw (hereinafter, “the Promotion”) of international scope, to be carried out through the Internet, exclusively for adults in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participating.
2.- START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on 17 July 2023 and will end on 30 July 2023.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
It is important to underline that participation in the draw implies unconditional acceptance and respect for the provisions of these Legal Bases.
The participation requirements are as follows:
- Those persons who are over 18 years of age may participate.
- Only those participants who respond to the form within the agreed period of time will be able to participate.
- The personal data with which participants fill in the registration form must be truthful.
- Participants may only register once for this promotion.
- The mechanics of the Promotion consists of drawing a winner and 3 supplementary winners in a totally random manner.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
One winner and three substitutes will be chosen through a random online draw on 31 July 2023.
The selection of the winners and substitutes will be made randomly through the Easypromos platform. Easypromos is a platform that guarantees the transparency of the result of the draw and, as proof of this, issues a certificate of validity for each of its draws, the result of which is unalterable by the organiser of the draw, and which any participating user can request from the organiser.
The winner will get as a prize 5 consecutive days of golf at Los Naranjos GC during the month of August 2023.
The winner will be able to contact the Company during a period of 5 days from the date on which it is announced on the social profile of the brand. In the event that no such contact is made within the stipulated period, another winner will be assigned based on the alternates chosen previously.
The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the tax regulations in force.
5.- LIMITATIONS
If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements demanded in the Bases, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation shall be considered null and void and they shall be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.
The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees employed by any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to LOS NARANJOS CAMPO DE GOLF S.L. (ii) Natural persons who directly or indirectly participate in the capital of LOS NARANJOS CAMPO DE GOLF S.L. (iii) Any other natural person who has directly or indirectly participated in the organisation of this Competition or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.).
The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or money.
LOS NARANJOS CAMPO DE GOLF S.L. reserves the right to make any change, suspend or extend this Promotion if there is just cause and with prior legal notice.
The winner will be responsible for any fiscal or tax charges that the acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expenses arising from the promotion that are not expressly assumed by LOS NARANJOS CAMPO DE GOLF S.L. in these Legal Bases.
A period of five (5) calendar days is established from the date of the awarding of the prize, to make any reasoned claim. LOS NARANJOS CAMPO DE GOLF S.L. reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could infringe the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and the right to one’s own image will not be allowed. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion, which may at any time offend the sensibilities of other participants.
Any attempt to hinder the smooth running of the Competition, whether by human intervention or by means of an automaton, will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and the annulment of his/her candidacy.
7.- EXONERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
A título enunciativo, pero no limitativo, no nos responsabilizamos a de las posibles pérdidas, robos, retrasos o cualquiera otra circunstancia imputable a terceros que puedan afectar al desarrollo de la presente Promoción, así como tampoco nos responsabilizamos a del uso que haga el participante respecto del premio que obtenga de esta Promoción, y no asume responsabilidad alguna por ningún daño o perjuicio de cualquier tipo que pudieren sufrir los Participantes, ganador o terceros.
No asumimos la responsabilidad en casos de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito que pudieran impedir la realización de la Promoción o el disfrute total o parcial del premio. En caso de que esta Promoción no pudiera realizarse, bien por fraudes detectados en la misma, errores técnicos, o cualquier otro motivo que no esté bajo el control de LOS NARANJOS CAMPO DE GOLF S.L. y que afecte al normal desarrollo del Concurso, nos reservamos el derecho a cancelar, modificar, o suspender la misma, incluyendo la página web de participación.
7.- EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, we shall not be held responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor shall we be held responsible for the use made by the participant with regard to the prize obtained from this Promotion, and shall not assume any responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that may be suffered by the Participants, winner or third parties.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in the same, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of LOS NARANJOS CAMPO DE GOLF S.L. and that affects the normal development of the Competition, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the same, including the participation website.
8.- GOAL
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with META, and therefore the Participants release Facebook from all liability for any damages that may arise from it.

L. in order to process your participation in the competition and to communicate the prize in the event that you are the winner.

Participants guarantee that the personal data provided are truthful and are responsible for communicating to LOS NARANJOS CAMPO DE GOLF S.L. any modification of the same. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in case he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not lawful, as well as in the event that the exercise of his/her rights is not satisfied.
The Control Authority to which the complaint has been submitted will inform the complainant about the course and outcome of the complaint.

10.- CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional rules, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the participants in the Promotion.
11.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases shall be governed in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD). The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant’s city will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these rules.
